MENLO WALLET PROMOTION REGULATIONS 

§ 1 

POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE 

§ 1 

GENERAL PROVISIONS 

  1. Niniejszy regulamin (dalej: „Regulamin”) określa zasady, zakres i warunki uczestnictwa w programie lojalnościowym o nazwie: „Menlo Wallet” (dalej: „Program”). 

  1. This regulation (hereinafter: "Regulations") specifies the rules, scope, and conditions for participation in the loyalty program named "Menlo Wallet" (hereinafter: "Program"). 

  1. Organizatorem Programu jest spółka pod firmą Menlo Electric S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (02-675), przy ul. Wołoskiej 5, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XIII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS pod numerem 0000917564, posiadającej nr NIP 5272829241 oraz nr REGON 368839890, zwana dalej „Organizatorem”. 

  1. The Organizer of the Program is Menlo Electric S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-675), at 5 Wołoska Street, registered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000917564, with Tax Identification Number (NIP) 5272829241, and National Business Registry Number (REGON) 368839890, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer". 

  1. Program obowiązuje na terenie Unii Europejskiej, UK, Ukrainy, Norwegii, Islandi, Mołdawi, Serbii, Czarnogóry, Bośni i Hercegowiny. 

  1. The Program applies within the European Union, UK, Ukraine, Norway, Iceland, Moldova, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

WARUNKI UCZESTNICTWA W PROMOCJI

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION 

  1. Program przeznaczony jest wyłącznie dla klientów Organizatora będących przedsiębiorcami dokonujących nabycia Produktów w ramach prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej (dalej: „Uczestnicy”, każdy z osobna zwany: „Uczestnikiem”). 

  1. The Program is intended solely for customers of the Organizer who are entrepreneurs making purchases of Products within the scope of their business activity (hereinafter: "Participants", each individually referred to as "Participant"). 

  1. Udział w Programie jest dobrowolny. 

  1. Participation in the Program is voluntary. 

  1. Warunkiem uczestnictwa w Programie jest dokonanie rejestracji przez Uczestnika na stronie https://menloelectric.com/lp/wallet/ lub https://www.shop.menloelectric.com/pl/content/13-program-lojalnosciowy-menlo-wallet oraz zakup produktów z asortymentu Organizatora, dostępnego na sklepie internetowym lub przez opiekuna handlowego. Zakup produktów od Organizatora musi być potwierdzony stosowną fakturą VAT. 

  1. The condition for participation in the Program is registration by the Participant on the website https://menloelectric.com/lp/wallet/ or https://www.shop.menloelectric.com/pl/content/13-program-lojalnosciowy-menlo-wallet, and the purchase of products from the Organizer's assortment, available on the online store or through a sales representative. The purchase of products from the Organizer must be confirmed by an appropriate VAT invoice.

MENLO COINS 

  1. Uczestnicy Programu mogą zbierać punkty lojalnościowe, zwane Menlo Coinami („Menlo Coin”) poprzez dokonywanie zakupów online oraz u opiekunów handlowych. 

  1. Participants of the Program can collect loyalty points, called Menlo Coins ("Menlo Coin"), by making purchases online and from sales representatives. 

  1. Za każde wydane 1 (jeden) euro netto, Uczestnik otrzymuje 1 (jeden) Menlo Coin. W przypadku zakupów dokonywanych w walutach innych niż euro, punkty będą automatycznie przeliczane na Menlo Coiny według aktualnego kursu ogłaszanego przez Narodowy Bank Polski. 

  1. For every 1 (one) euro net spent, the Participant receives 1 (one) Menlo Coin. In the case of purchases made in currencies other than the euro, points will be automatically converted into Menlo Coins according to the current exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland. 

  1. Za zakupy dokonane online Uczestnik otrzymuje Menlo Coiny które są automatycznie dodawane do portfela (Menlo Wallet) widocznego na sklepie internetowym. 

  1. For purchases made online, the Participant receives Menlo Coins which are automatically added to the wallet (Menlo Wallet) visible on the online store. 

  1. Za zakupy dokonane u opiekunów handlowych Uczestnicy otrzymują Menlo Coiny zgodnie z raportem generowanym raz na miesiąc. Punkty są rozliczane i dodawane do Menlo Wallet do 10. dnia następnego miesiąca po zakupie. 

  1. For purchases made from sales representatives, Participants receive Menlo Coins according to a report generated once a month. Points are calculated and added to the Menlo Wallet by the 10th day of the following month after the purchase. 

  1. Menlo Coiny mogą być wykorzystane do wymiany na Vouchery, które uprawniają do otrzymania procentowego rabatu na wybrane produkty przy następnych zakupach. Lista produktów na które można wykorzystać Voucher dostępna jest w formie Załącznika 1 do niniejszego Regulaminu. Produkty objęte Voucherem są zmieniane czasowo i aktualizowane na stronie w formie ww. Załącznika 1. 

  1. Menlo Coins can be exchanged for Vouchers, entitling the holder to a percentage discount on selected products for subsequent purchases. The list of products eligible for the Voucher is available as Attachment 1 to these Regulations. Products covered by the Voucher are subject to temporary changes and updates on the website in the form of the aforementioned Attachment 1. 

  1. Liczba Menlo Coinów do wymiany na Voucher odpowiada:  

  • 1000 Menlo Coinów - 5% zniżki wartości zakupów; 

  • 10 000 Menlo Coinów - 6% zniżki wartości zakupów;   

  • 50 000 Menlo Coinów - 7% zniżki wartości zakupów  

  1. The number of Menlo Coins for exchange for a Voucher corresponds to: 

  • 1000 Menlo Coins - 5% discount on the value of purchases; 

  • 10,000 Menlo Coins - 6% discount on the value of purchases; 

  • 50,000 Menlo Coins - 7% discount on the value of purchases. 

  1. Vouchery mogą być wykorzystane wyłącznie na zakupy dokonywane na e-sklepie. Voucherów nie można wykorzystać na zakupy u opiekuna handlowego. 

 

  1. Vouchers can only be used for purchases made online. Vouchers cannot be used for purchases from sales representatives. 

  1. Poza Voucherami, Uczestnik ma prawo do wymiany Menlo Coinów na nagrody rzeczowe wymienione w Załączniku 2 do niniejszego Regulaminu. Ilości Menlo Coinów w odniesieniu do nagród rzeczowych są szczegółowo wskazane w Załączniku 2. 

  1. Apart from Vouchers, the Participant has the right to exchange Menlo Coins for material rewards listed in Attachment 2 to this Regulations. The quantities of Menlo Coins required for material rewards are detailed in Attachment 2. 

 

  1. Każdy nowy zarejestrowany Uczestnik Programu otrzymuje 1000 Menlo Coinów na start.  

  1. Each newly registered Participant of the Program receives 1000 Menlo Coins as a starting bonus. 

  1. Menlo Coiny są ważne przez okres 6 (sześciu) miesięcy od ich przyznania. 

  1. Menlo Coins are valid for a period of 6 (six) months from their allocation. 

  1. Uczestnik nie jest uprawniony do przekazania Vouchera lub Menlo Coinów na rzecz innego podmiotu bądź osoby, nie może przenieść praw do otrzymania Vouchera lub Menlo Coinów na osoby trzecie. Voucher lub Menlo Coiny nie może być przedmiotem sprzedaży, aukcji internetowych i innych form czerpania korzyści przez Uczestnika pod rygorem utraty prawa do Vouchera lub Menlo Coinów. 

  1. The Participant is not entitled to transfer the Voucher or Menlo Coins to another entity or person, nor can they transfer the right to receive the Voucher or Menlo Coins to third parties. The Voucher or Menlo Coins cannot be sold, auctioned, or used for any other form of benefit by the Participant under the penalty of forfeiture of the right to the Voucher or Menlo Coins. 

§ 5 

POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

FINAL PROVISIONS 

  1. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem 02.04.2024 r. i obowiązuje przez cały okres trwania Programu. Program obowiązuje do czasu odwołania go przez Organizatora. 

  1. The Regulations shall enter into force on 02.04.2024 and shall remain in force for the entire duration of the Program. The Program is valid until Organizer’s cancellation. 

  1. Regulamin dostępny jest do wglądu na stronie internetowej Organizatora https://menloelectric.com/lp/wallet/ 

  1. The Regulations are available for inspection on the Organizer's website https://menloelectric.com/lp/wallet/ 

  1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany Regulaminu w każdym czasie i bez podania przyczyny, a w przypadku dokonania zmiany w Regulaminie, stają się one skuteczne począwszy od dnia udostępnienia przez Organizatora tekstu jednolitego Regulaminu poprzez jego publikację na stronie Organizatora https://menloelectric.com/lp/wallet/ oraz https://www.shop.menloelectric.com/pl/content/12-regulamin-menlo-wallet w miejscu publikacji niniejszego Regulaminu. 

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time and without giving reasons, and in the event of changes to the Regulations, they become effective from the date of making available by the Organizer the consolidated text of the Regulations by publishing it at the Organizer’s webiste https://menloelectric.com/lp/wallet/ and https://www.shop.menloelectric.com/pl/content/12-regulamin-menlo-wallet in the place of publication of these Regulations. 

 

 

  1. Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu i w sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem zastosowanie mają powszechnie obowiązujące przepisy prawa polskiego.

  1. The Regulations are subject to Polish law, and in matters not regulated by these Regulations, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
